Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Shipping Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Gear
Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
